INJECTION<\/h1>

PA 6 AND 66 AND COMPOUNDS FOR INJECTION MOLDING APPLICATIONS<\/h2><\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The injection molding process is highly versatile and requires polymers that allow fast filling and demolding of parts, high productivity, dimensional stability and a good surface finish. Promyde\u00ae polyamides meet all these requirements and in addition, they offer reinforced grades, hydrolysis-resistant<\/a> grades, conductive polyamides<\/a><\/strong> and grades with high flame resistance<\/a>.<\/strong> Promyde<\/strong> has developed one of the broadest ranges of polyamide and PA 6 and 6.6 compounds<\/strong> for injection molding on the market.<\/p>\n

In addition, NUREL POLYMERS<\/strong> also offers PBT, PET and PBT\/PET compounds<\/strong>, which under the brand name Terylene<\/strong>\u00ae<\/a> have been specially designed for the injection of parts for the automotive<\/a>, electrical and electronics<\/a><\/strong> industries.<\/p>\n

REINFORCED AND NON-REINFORCED POLYAMIDES FOR INJECTION MOLDING<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Non-reinforced Promyde<\/strong> grades are produced at NUREL<\/strong> through a polymerisation process in which additive packages and polymer chain modifications are made combining cost, effectiveness and differential properties. Our products are melted for the first time in the injection machines of our customers.<\/p>\n

Reinforced Promyde<\/strong> grades are also produced 100% at NUREL<\/strong> through our in-house compounding and polymerization process. NUREL<\/strong> has recently expanded its compounding facilities. This has allowed us to expand our range of PA6 and PA66<\/strong> compounds, as well as the launch of a new range of PBT and PET<\/strong>:Terylene compounds<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In response to a growing demand in the electrical, electronic and automotive sectors, where weight limitation and design requirements are increasingly strong, NUREL is working on the development of new materials with<\/strong> controlled thermal and electrical properties, as well as materials for metal substitution, weight reduction and flame retardancy.<\/strong><\/p>\n
