promote sustainability with a brand new storage facility for its solar photovoltaic system.<\/strong><\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"38:1-38:321\">At NUREL, S.A. we reaffirm our dedication to innovation, environmental protection and energy optimization with the start-up of the second phase of our energy storage project. This phase involves the use of batteries with a capacity of 2,600 kW, integrated with our photovoltaic power plant. <\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"40:1-40:293\">This significant project, financially supported by the NextGenerationEU Fund within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, and administered by the Government of Aragon, has entailed an investment of 1,777,967.55 \u20ac, with a subsidized contribution of 618,424.19 \u20ac.<\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"42:1-42:35\"><strong>Installation specifications:<\/strong><\/p><ul data-sourcepos=\"43:1-46:0\"><li data-sourcepos=\"43:1-43:36\">Storage capacity: 5 MWh<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"44:1-44:28\">Rated power: 2,600 kW<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"45:1-46:0\">Structure: Three container modules<\/li><\/ul><p data-sourcepos=\"47:1-47:19\"><strong>Impact and advantages:<\/strong><\/p><ul data-sourcepos=\"48:1-52:0\"><li data-sourcepos=\"48:1-48:95\">We achieve greater energy autonomy, which reduces our need for external sources.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"49:1-49:96\">We make solar energy as profitable as possible, saving the surplus for its most efficient use.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"50:1-50:91\">We contribute to the reduction of CO2 emissions and the carbon-free energy transition.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"51:1-52:0\">We preserve natural resources by avoiding the
