NUREL successfully concludes the FG2H project for the development of barrier and compostable packaging<\/span><\/div><\/h1><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

NUREL has successfully completed the FG2H research and development project (file no. PAG-020100-2023-169), carried out in collaboration with EVERSIA<\/b>, the objective of which was the development of new barrier and compostable packaging<\/b> intended for dry food products in the food sector.<\/p>

During the project, four types of compostable barrier packaging<\/b> were developed, adapted to the needs of different applications: bakery products, snacks, fresh food, and frozen products.<\/b><\/p>

These packages offer a high capacity for protection against moisture and oxygen<\/b>, ensuring food safety and preservation<\/b>, while also contributing to the reduction of environmental impact<\/b> due thanks to their compostable nature<\/b>.<\/p>

Within the framework of the project, NUREL<\/b> was responsible for the development of the materials<\/b> that make up the packaging structures, and EVERSIA<\/b> carried out the transformation and manufacture of the films<\/b>.<\/p>

The completion of the FG2H project represents a significant advance in the field of sustainable packaging<\/b>, combining material innovation, functionality, and environmental commitment<\/b>.<\/p>

With this development, NUREL reaffirms its commitment to collaborative research<\/b> and the design of more sustainable packaging solutions<\/b>, aligned with market demands and the goals of the circular economy.<\/p>

Furthermore, on the occasion of the K 2025 Fair in Germany<\/b>, NUREL presented the results of the FG2H project<\/b> through an information poster and audiovisual content<\/b> projected at its stand, thus reinforcing the dissemination of the achievements<\/b> made in this innovation project.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
