MORE THAN 50 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
At NUREL we have more than 50 years of experience in polymerization and spinning and we have the most advanced technology for the production of Nylon fibers.
Our production of polymers and Nylon fibers is integrated, our excellence is achieved through our in-depth knowledge of polymer chemistry, mastery in spinning the most critical synthetic fibers and our proficiency in stretch-spinning techniques.
INTEGRATED NYLON PRODUCTION FROM POLYMER
NUREL has two polymerization plants and six highly versatile process lines for the production of different polymer recipes.
Our two Nylon spinning plants are fed by our own polyamide polymers. The installation of our spinning lines has always been carried out taking into account our business model, which prioritizes the versatility, quality and service of our products.
We have 3 new spinning mills capable of producing 7,500 tons of multi and micro filaments of Nylon 6 and 66.
Our manufacturing process is completed in our state-of-the-art drawing and stretching and stretch-wounding facilities.
