XTRA-THERMIC, a hollow nylon 6 and 6.6 fiber, is specifically crafted to improve comfort, thermal insulation, and lightness in sportswear. It is particularly recommended for sports apparel requiring protection against low temperatures, such as first-layer ski wear, running sportswear, winter cycling gear, or hiking clothing.

Additionally, these hollow cross-section multifilaments are approximately 20% lighter than other fibers of similar decitex, offering extra comfort during sports activities. XTRA-THERMIC is particularly recommended for first-layer garments that come into contact with the skin in low-temperature conditions.
Moisture transport and comfort properties are permanent and inherent to the fiber.
