PHASE II ENERGY STORAGE INSTALLATION USING BATTERIES LINKED TO THE SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER PLANT IN NUREL, S.A.

NUREL continues to promote sustainability with a brand new storage facility for its solar photovoltaic system.

At NUREL, S.A. we reaffirm our dedication to innovation, environmental protection and energy optimization with the start-up of the second phase of our energy storage project. This phase involves the use of batteries with a capacity of 2,600 kW, integrated with our photovoltaic power plant.

This significant project, financially supported by the NextGenerationEU Fund within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, and administered by the Government of Aragon, has entailed an investment of 1,777,967.55 €, with a subsidized contribution of 618,424.19 €.

• Storage capacity: 5 MWh
• Rated power: 2,600 kW
• Structure: Three container modules
