NUREL COLLABORATING WITH THE AITIIP FOUNDATION

NUREL has obtained, together with the AITIIP foundation, a grant for the development of new sustainable polymers to meet the challenges of the electric vehicle.

These grants seek to respond to the scientific and technological challenges of society, promoting the generation of quality scientific and technological knowledge, in accordance with Objective 4 of the State Plan for Scientific, Technical Research and Innovation 21-23.

Thus, the VESPO project (development of new sustainable plastics to meet the challenges of electric vehicles), developed by NUREL together with AITIIP, aims to design, develop and validate new polymer formulations with advanced functionalities for application in electric mobility. From this new development, the aim is to transform conventional plastics into high-performance sustainable products that meet the main requirements and needs posed by the new models of sustainable mobility.

This communication is part of the project CPP2021/008771, funded by MCIN/AEI/10.13039/501100011033 and by the European Union-NextGenerationEU/PRTR.
