NUREL strengthens its leadership in electric mobility following its participation in Smart Plastics 2026. Last week, our colleague María José Alfonso, Director of Innovation in Polymers and Packaging at NUREL, took part in a forum organised by Heraldo de Aragón on the role of innovation in business competitiveness.

NUREL’s commercial team attended Plastics & Rubber Spain 2026, held in Barcelona on 11–12 March. This event brings together companies, specialists, and professionals from across the plastic and rubber value chain, establishing itself as one of the key industry meeting points in Spain.

NUREL has been honoured with the National Prize for Research, Development and Innovation (R&D&I) at the 15th edition of the El Suplemento Awards, in a ceremony held on 11th July at the Hotel Palace in Madrid.

The award was accepted by Miguel Ángel Caballero, CEO of NUREL and Corporate Director of R&D&I at SAMCA Group, on behalf of the entire team that drives innovation as a strategic pillar of our growth.

NUREL participated in the Plastics & Rubber fair, highlighting with Alfonso Vicente’s talk on innovation and sustainability in technical plastics.

On Thursday, November 14th, NUREL Engineering Polymers participated as a speaker at the XIV Innovation Conference on Materials and Plastic Technologies, organized by Allod Werkstoff GmbH & Co. KG at the GAIKER Technological Center in Zamudio, Bizkaia.
