Reinforced solutions in PA6, PA66 and PET
NUREL offers different reinforced engineered compounds, including grades with up to 60% fiberglass reinforcement, mineral fillers, grades with medium and high impact resistance, as well as grades with flame resistance, temperature resistance, hydrolysis resistance and UV resistance.
In addition, we have grades that can be laser marked.
Fiberglass and steel fiber reinforced polyamides
NUREL’s glass fiber reinforced polyamide grades offer materials with high mechanical strength, stiffness and good thermal resistance. In applications where surface finish is one of the most important requirements, as well as dimensional stability, NUREL has developed special grades reinforced with mineral fillers and/or glass beads.
In those cases where waves from different electronic devices may interfere, our steel fiber reinforced solutions serve as electromagnetic interference shielding.
These developments of reinforced solutions are also highly resistant to scratching, which makes products manufactured with this solution the ideal alternative for parts subjected to high friction, such as gears or tools.
PET reinforced solutions for high temperatures
PROXYLENE PET fiberglass reinforced grades show excellent stability to prolonged exposure to high temperatures. Our PROXYLENE developments are especially recommended for long-term applications at temperatures up to 180ºC.
Its excellent high temperature stability, coupled with its low moisture absorption, dimensional stability and mechanical properties make PROXYLENE PET fiberglass reinforced grades the material of choice for the most demanding applications.
These grades also feature an optimum balance between strength and stiffness, creep resistance and high surface gloss even at elevated temperatures. The Proxylene range has grades with a glass fiber content of up to 60%.

Structural reinforced parts
Vehicle structures, such as handgrips, require specific high flow and surface finish solutions that allow temperature dissipation for proper operation.
Bearings, gears, components and accessories
Abrasion resistant, Promyde B40 can be used to manufacture essential parts in printing machines, such as rollers.
Tools
Promyde's extensive range of materials are a commitment to technical and value solutions with excellent mechanical properties and finishes for the manufacture of power tool parts and housings. Reinforced (glass fiber) and impact-modified grades provide excellent compatibility in bi-material injection molding processes where they are combined with other materials, such as 2K elastomers.
