Ultra-high barrier solutions for packaging and film
Enoxite® is a high-performance polymer that provides ultra-high OXYGEN barrier properties. Its excellent mechanical properties also make it a suitable material for flexible and rigid multilayer food packaging structures.
It can be used as a barrier layer in multilayer structures in combination with PE, PP, PET, PS or PA. Enoxite can be processed on conventional barrier equipment for blown and cast film, as an alternative to EVOH.

Films produced with Enoxite can reduce their plastic usage while maintaining the same barrier requirements due to
its superior oxygen barrier properties, resulting in lighter and more environmentally friendly packaging.

Water solubility, prolonged recycling quality
Enoxite® can bring additional advantages to improve the recyclability of PET-based barrier packaging. Enoxite is a water-soluble polymer with ultra-high oxygen barrier properties, making it a suitable replacement for conventional barrier polymers with similar OTR and processing conditions.
When used in combination with PET, Enoxite’s solubility at temperatures over 60ºC may allow it to dissolve during the recycling water bath stage, leaving only the PET to be recovered and recycled.
