PAPER LIKE BIODEGRADABLE AND COMPOSTABLE
INZEA presents a paper like solution that folds like paper, tears like paper and brings differentiating advantages to paper that make it the ideal compostable solution for fresh food.
Its high resistance to grease and moisture, together with its sealing properties, make it the ideal material for packaging foods with specific requirements that conventional paper and board packaging cannot meet.
Like all other products in the INZEA range, Paper-Like grades are compostable.

- Paper-like solution can be sealed with itself or with other INZEA grades and transparent windows can be incorporated into the container.
- Paper-like offers grease resistance.
- INZEA paper-like grades offer moisture resistance.
- Paper-like solution can be processed on a conventional PE monolayer extruder in both blown and flat sheet extrusion.
Paper like packaging
In general, all those applications in which, after use, the packaging is highly contaminated with the food or product and therefore hinders its recyclability. In this way, INZEA Paper-Like, being compostable, allows these containers to be composted together with organic waste. Examples include:
- Wrapping for fresh food: butchers, fishmongers, bakers, etc.
- Thermoformed packagingor clamshells with paper-like appearance
- Packaging for natural cosmetics, such as solid care products resistant to grease and humidity
- Fast food packaging

For pastry and bakery bags, INZEA® offers compostable solutions that allow sealing and tearing, and even transparent solutions.
