NUREL Injection Solutions is a new division of NUREL focused on injection moulding of compostable, biodegradable, or water-soluble plastic components for non-durable applications. With a clear focus on sustainability and reducing environmental impact, our initial projects are geared towards the hunting industry.
We provide a holistic service covering the entire product lifecycle—from conception and design to material selection, prototyping, final production, certification, and end-of-life impact considerations. Our team of engineers and specialists ensures that each step meets the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.

With over 50 years of polymer development experience and a dedicated innovation centre, our fully integrated approach—from polymerization & reactive extrusion to injection moulding—provides unique advantages. This structure gives us complete control over production, ensuring protection of proprietary technology essential for exclusive products under our NOVIZON brand. Our rigorous quality control guarantees consistent, high-standard products, while streamlined processes improve customer service with faster delivery and efficient returns management.
Commitment to Sustainable Infrastructure
As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainable infrastructure, we recently installed one of Spain’s largest photovoltaic plants for self-consumption, with 28,310 solar panels and a capacity of 16,560 MWh. This system covers 30% of our energy needs, greatly reducing our emissions.
